Assistant Yield and Revenue Manager
Job Description: The Assistant Yield and Revenue Manager supports the company’s revenue management strategy with the aim of maximizing occupancy and total revenue through effective pricing, demand analysis, and inventory control across all distribution channels. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: - Support the development and execution of Yield & Revenue Management strategies
- Analyze occupancy, revenue performance, market trends, and competitor data
- Monitor and manage pricing policies across all distribution channels
- Assist in the management of RMS, Channel Manager, and PMS systems
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing departments
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Support initiatives to optimize RevPAR and overall revenue performance
Qualification requirements: - Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis
- Familiarity with PMS / RMS / Channel Manager systems
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
