JOB TITLE: Reservation Agent

LOCATION: Kos

       Type of Contract: Indefinite

We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team in Kos

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced professional, supporting the company’s growth in hotel trading and destination management.

 Main Responsibilities

- Ensure optimal booking management with a focus on accuracy, profitability, and performance.

- Handle customer requests efficiently and professionally.

- Monitor stop sales, booking windows, rate increases, and renegotiate rates when needed.

- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Contracting).

- Manage hotel-related requests (payments, arrivals, amendments, early departures).

 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reservation role within a travel agency or a Hotel.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and booking procedures.
• Degree in Tourism or Business Administration or related field ( Business Admin etc)
• Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with hotel reservation departments.
• Familiarity with the Greek tourism market is an asset.
